Mediterranean Bridal Editorial at Es Vedrà in Ibiza
As Pantone’s 2016 color of the year, rose quartz is a symbol of love and beauty. With its gentle pink essence,
the gemstone carries a soft feminine energy of compassion, peace, and tenderness—all of which served as
inspiration for this bridal editorial set off the coast of Spain. The mystical Es Vedrà island provided a
breathtaking backdrop, with years of foretold legends surrounding this uninhabited rock.
To reflect the beauty of an island goddess, the bride was dressed by Cortana, a Spanish bridal designer, with
an asymmetric bias-cut silk satin wedding dress. Dominating the Mediterranean Sea, this dress embraced
the divine curves of her body and was adorned with timeless accessories from Maison Sabben.
The spectacular natural beauty of the island was on full display, as winter quietly gave way to spring.
Styled with elegance and romance, Majenia Design created an exquisite atmosphere, bringing the editorial
vision to life.
